Frederick Custom Homes is Johnny Frederick's company. For more than twenty years he's been designing, building and remodeling homes around Bossier City, with a crew known for showing up and staying until the job is done.
The shop does its own custom cabinetry and trim, so the details in your kitchen or bar are built for that room, not pulled off a shelf.

Questions
Good to know.
Do you build on my land?
Yes. Most of our custom homes go on the owner's lot. We'll come out, look at the site and talk through placement, drainage and access before anything is drawn.
Can you help with plans?
Yes. Bring a plan you love and we'll adjust it to your lot and budget, or start with a list and a few photos and we'll work it out together.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the size of the home, the finishes, weather and permitting. We'll give you a realistic schedule for your project once the plans and selections are settled.
How does financing a custom home work?
Most new homes are financed with a construction loan that converts to a mortgage when the home is finished. We're happy to work with your bank or lender on the draw schedule.
Do you take on smaller projects?
Yes. Additions, porches, kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinetry are a big part of what we do. Give us a call and tell us what you have in mind.
What areas do you serve?
Bossier City, Shreveport and the surrounding parishes of Northwest Louisiana, plus North Texas. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.
